In April Interblock USA will be presenting a sleek electro-mechanical card system at the 2010 National Indian Gaming Association exhibition. Organic Card Blackjack is a system that allows players to play blackjack through electronic terminals while being dealt real cards. These cards are stacked in shoes in the centre of the terminal, and will be displayed on the player’s own screen as well as a main screen which displays all player cards as well as the dealer’s hand. Brad Martin, Business Development Manager of Interblock USA, reasons that with 60% of American table games being derivatives of blackjack, casinos will find a table that can intuitively detect players and deal 24 hours a day at high speed a useful innovation.
