Arrested Card Counters Sue Casino

Two professonal card counters, Sean Habibian and Joseph Chou, were handcuffed and detained in the security office of the Eastside Cannery Casino & Hotel after casino security recognised them from a previous visit when they won a substantial amount of money. Habibian and Chou were asked for their ID, but knowing that this would be included in a database of card counters and cheats (indiscriminately lumped together) and circulated among casinos, they refused. When they tried to leave the casino they were handcuffed and led away by security. They are now suing the casino for assault, battery, and false imprisonment.

The arrogance casinos have based upon the majority entering a casino is stupid as hell. Freedom in America stops at front of the blackjack table. That is why I have 14 IID ‘s I give them everytime a different one. Muppets!

That’s a whole lot of IDs to keep off the blacklist. Welcome to Blackjack.co.za.

Interesting how qualified players such as card counters are grouped together with criminals.
