Tom Donovan Case Continues
The case of the Grand Victoria Casino against Thomas Donovan, the card counter banned for being a skilled player, continues this week as the Grand Victoria takes it to the Supreme Court. Can a casino legally offer games of skill only to ban skilled players? The outcome of this case will determine that.
