In Indiana, the Hoosier State in the US, a card counter has sued the casino that banned him and won a partial but important victory in court. Thomas Donovan took the Grand Victoria riverboat casino to court and overturned the ban.

Earlier this month Moto Development demonstrated their new multitouch Blackjack (and Texas Hold 'Em Poker) table at the Global Gaming Expo. Definitely a nice piece of technology alright, but will it sell?

This time the book reviewed is Bill Zender's Casino-ology: the Art of Managing Casino Games. Zender has spent considerable portions of his career on both the executive and the civilian sides of the table, and for any player looking to improve their understanding of casino logic on the opposite side this is an interesting book.
